Service Strategy

1. After-sale service promise to user
We supply consumers initial 3 months¡¯ repair from the day of purchasing for the promotional products, and initial 12 months¡¯ repair for the electric products.

2. Below situations are not covered by the warranty.
1) The electric product¡¯s original serial number and labels have been removed or altered.
2) Damage caused by improper installation or maintenance.
3) Damage resulting from any product modification, alteration or adjustment not authorized by our company.
4) Damage from service not authorized by our company¡¯s distributor or service center.
5) Damage from incorrect electrical current, voltage or supply.
6) All attachments, accessories and disposable parts, labor, service transportation, and shipping charges for the removal and replacement of defective parts beyond the initial 3 months from your purchasing day for the promotional products, and initial 12 months for the electric products.

3. Remarks on the defective goods:
1) Please send out the defective goods via express company of high reputation to avoid the accident on the way to us. If you don¡¯t receive the repaired goods we send back to you within 10 days, please contact us to check it.
2) Please keep the serial numbers on the electric products carefully, so that we can check your exact purchasing time in the future.
3) When you send back the defective goods, please offer us the packing list with detailed info for us to confirm all the goods in your parcel. We won¡¯t take the responsibility for the mistakes if you don¡¯t offer us the packing list.
4) Please paste the stickers with problems¡¯ note onto the defective products, so that we can check them one by one.
